Principal

David is the BPS&M Health and Welfare practice leader and has served as a Principal in the firm since 1986. David has over 30 years of experience in the design, funding, administration, regulatory compliance, and service of Health and Welfare employee benefit plans. He has extensive experience in retiree medical design, costing, funding, and reporting, especially as it pertains to FASB 106 and GASB 45 requirements. He also has experience and expertise in providing consulting services for companies involved in mergers and acquisitions.
